Hi since installing Mandrake 8.1 I have lost sound
The card is ESS-1938 PCI and was working fine under Mandrake 7.2. Looks like it may be back to the old drawing board again.
The system seems to detect the card is there but I get no Mixer controls. any Ideas Please?
