Anyone know why there is a folder called Xerox on my XP? I cant delete it, as it says it is being used. What could it be?

it is in all windows not just in xp and before sp1 so dont worry.xerox is a printer and fax machine maker.

I know, but why is it there and why can't I delete it? Canon, Epson, IBM and so on make printers, yet there si no folder for them. My concern is when I try to delete it,, an error pops up stating it is in use...by what? the folder is 0 bytes, and under Program files, not Windows????
