Thanks |
Well,
I'm the only one with this problem here :o |
You may be the only one, bads1 - sorry
I have tried both the automatic as well as this link for the AV: _http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/download.html and both seem to work with the Regular download and Open (not Save) options. |
Thanks Richard,
This is the first time I see this link ;) But I receive this message : --------------------------- Can't run 16-bit Windows program --------------------------- Cannot find file E:\Downloads\20021011-007-x86.exe (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- And this is not the first program where I see this message, Do you have a clue ? Thanks again |
I just find how to run this update, just rename it to "1" and the setup begin ;)
But I can't rename the file who is downloading by live update ? Update for Systemworks 2003 and Security program ? Big problem :o If I can download the update, I will be able to install them but is it a trick to download these updates ? Last edited by Bads 1 at Oct 13 2002, 12:30 PM |

I had this big problem too bads..
If you uninstall all the program and reinstall the program again the major problem is still there m8. The only way for me was to reinstall a complete earlier computer back up. Now the easy cure !!! I could not find it, only a new install cured my problem :( |
All seems to be OK now ;)
I have uninstall some Norton products, clean with JV16 Power Tools and reinstall them from the SNSW CD and I have updated all my programs ;) Thanks for your help |
