Hello,
I search where to put the autorun on in the registry and I can't find where ? I need to put it on before running sfc /scannow because I can't run it and the last time I had run it, the autorun was ON Please help me |
Just rightclick your CD-Drive from the explorer, and choose properties. Then on the Autoplay-tab you can set the Autorun paramaters for the various types of CD-Roms.
Hope this is what you were looking for . . . |

Thanks LeCactus,
But none of these option are working :o |
Ok,
The solution is here, this was a real protection: Jus change the 1 for 0 ;) Allocate the CD-ROM for local user only: ("AutoFix" Available) Go to 'Start | Run' and enter "Regedt32." From the Registry Editor go to menu item 'Window | HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.' Within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE window navigate to the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.' Double click on "allocatecdroms:REG_SZ:0" and change the string to 1 and hit OK. This value entry satisfies, in part, the C2 security requirement that you must be able to secure removable For Floppy Allocate the floppies for the local user only: ("AutoFix" Available) Go to 'Start | Run' and enter "Regedt32." From the Registry Editor go to menu item 'Window | HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.' Within the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE window navigate to the registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.' Double click on "allocatefloppies:REG_SZ:0" and change the string to 1 and hit OK. This value entry satisfies, in part, the C2 security requirement that you must be able to secure removable |
