I dont know how many of you know me, who I am or where I came from.

So let me re-introduce myself....

I worked in the corrections system for 10 years. I was bored, and pretty much burnt out. Working in a jail is crazy.

One day on the internet, I ran into a problem. It was software as I recall, and went looking for a solution.

I found a board - a little board that I found as a fluke.

And this total stranger helped me - He did not know me - but he helped me.

As time went on. I learned a great deal from this man. He taught me so much in so little time, and I began to wonder why I was in security when it was obvious I belonged in a world of ones and zeros.

So I took a step. I left a 40G salary and went for it.

And I want to thank the person that kicked me in the butt to do all this...

From what I know you come a long way allready on the road of ones and zeros. I admire your courage to leave a paid job behind you and try to start a new (working-)life.

I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't leave the road you just found, and leave the bits and bytes behind me, but I haven't got enough guts to go back to square one.

Anyways, good to see you got kicked, you seem to do very well! So I also wanna thanks BC, if only for making one of our member happy :)

Poor student LMAO - doing all my computer related training now. Hopefully working as netword admin by June 2003

If you go to Monster.com you may find AN entry level helpdesk job for 35,000$ (US), or around that. Monitary reward for computing skill type work is straight up there.

I don't have a job, cause I'm too freakin scared of the employer, and usually playout like I'm dumb. grrrrr..

My main passion is to learn about the Physchology of Computer Crime.

I very much want to send him a e-mail and to totally pick his brain. I have much to learn, and I've been using computer since I was around 6 years old. Learned both Mac and PC in parrellel. Played on the Commadore, AppleIIe :):). Like most people here I've had a specled past for my computer usage.

And I'm only 22 years young... wow.. anyhow,
