Hi,

I try to install a program and I receive this message :

---------------------------
Can't run 16-bit Windows program
---------------------------
Cannot find file E:\Downloads\Update Expert.exe (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
In the past I also received this message but the trick was to unzip this .exe and all the files to a folder with winzip and run the .exe but this time that doesn't works :o

Please help me

Might just be a 'long filename' problem. 16 bit windows programs don't do well on long filenames. Try renaming the Downloads folder to Download.

16 bits? I thought Update Expert was a fully 32 bits program?

the first time, I had rename the file Update Expert because the real name is "uedl"

I just download another copy and I always receive the same message ?

You want that I rename the folder "Download.16 bits" or the program ?

I try to rename the folder where I extract the program "Download.16 bits" but I still receive the same message ?

The real name is "uedl.exe" and the type of file is "application"

I really don't know what to do now
