You guys that are having problems...try this:

It is the install file for.51. It is working fine on my XP with SP1 so far. Once you install .51 then you can replace the files in the folder with the .6 beta. The .6 beta rar is incomplete and was meant to be used with the install as an update, not a complete set of files.

Keep in mind you will have to change the paths for IE, OE, and messenger because the default path set is -not- for the english version of Windows. I reset my paths and it is working fine.

.6 is buggy. Can't drag and drop icons and the bar stops working in some cases. .51 seems to have trouble with adding correct file paths. Definitely beta, but will be cool when done.
