The definition of sympatico is "to share a mental connection or bond with someone, or to have a lot in common with someone." In this case, it would apply to Sympatico and Comcast. You may recall that AP found that Comcast was blocking certain P2P file transfers, although of course Comcast denied (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...-p2p-file.html) it. The Canadian ISP Sympatico has admitted to throttling P2P downloads.
