Google Answers the Question: Where's my Gphone?

All the speculation is over. Unlike Apple's iPhone, Google wants the Gphone spelled just that way, capital "G", small "p." Seriously though, where is it?

As we indicated (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...to-unveil.html) over the weekend, Google today announced the Open Handset Alliance (http://www.openhandsetalliance.com/index.html) as well as "Android," the platform the new phone(s) will be built on. As we already knew, Android will be open source, built on Linux.
