In the past I have try to install my mustek sscanner 600 usb :)

But the installer is only for win 98 :(

So the setup stop !

My problem is when I turn on the power of my scanner not installed,
I have a yellow flag in the device manager under (usb device)

I can't uninstall this one (may required to boot the computer)

I try in safe mode, nothing to do :o

How can I remove this yellow flag Please ?

Hi Bads 1, to get the Yellow Flag to go away, you will need a Driver to support the hadware that the system has "Discovered" connected to the machine. Until that is solved the Scanner will not work properly.

But this is a real problem because my scanner is not compatible with XP and when I try to install another driver, it always ask for this mustek driver !

I'm always asking to provide this mustek driver

I had a similar problem with my HP4200c and there website said I must have the SW already installed in order to use the patch to make my scanner work in XP.
Stupid Idiots, I can't even install the stinkin SW, it says for Win98 only not Win NT:mad:

So, what I did was D/L the Win2000 SW and install it, then run the Win XP patch and everything works fine.

So, Maybe you can try the same thing from your scanners website, just look for Win2000 drivers or S/W to D/L.
