Google, Microsoft Up Storage Limits

Yesterday Microsoft announced, on an official company blog (http://skydriveteam.spaces.live.com/...6%21879.entry), that it was making some improvements to Windows Live SkyDrive, its free file storage service:
* Increased storage limits to 1GB
* RSS feeds for public folders
* Share directly from SkyDrive
* Name of uploader tagged on each file

1GB? Whoopee. There are plenty of other free storage sites with much higher limits. The other changes are minor, though helpful.
