Apple Hit with iLawsuit Over Bricking

Apple warned (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...reak-with.html) people, but some still tried to update their unlocked iPhones with update 1.1.1, sometimes but not always resulting in iBricks (note that there have been reports (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...d-iphones.html) of clean phones also being bricked). One of those thus bricked, Timothy Smith, has filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
