Panasonic promises to reduce CO2 emissions by 300,000 tons

Panasonic said that it has added ecological goals to its three-year-business plan put in place in April of this year. The company aims to reduce annual CO2 emissions by about 7.5% by 2010, cutting the CO2 output from its 294 manufacturing sites around the world from 3.98 million to 3.68 million tons.
