Apple, AT&T sued over iPhone "price discrimination"

I often wonder why lawsuits like this aren't immediately thrown out. It's not enough that Apple / AT&T have been sued over the non-user-replaceable battery (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...ery-filed.html) (three times!); now they are being sued over the $200 price cut.
