I'm yet to install sp1, I'm just getting too paranoid with MS, are there any nasty suprises that need to be dealt with or is it safe to install...
|
I have had it installed for over 10 days and everything is hunky dory.

it is always recommended to install a service pack, if you are a legitimate windows user :)
as it is said over and over: it makes your system more compatible, more reliable and uptodate. supports USB2, if your motherboard supports it, u are advantaged. go and read reviews everywhere in the net about sp1. there is no reason to be afraid to install this one :) |
Thanks...

When you have an OS that you like, you must update it when you can ;)
