iPhone software unlock now available

Just a day ago we wrote (http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com/2007/...ease-time.html) about the hardware unlocking of the iPhone done by geohot, AKA George Hotz. Naturally the mainstream press didn't pick it up until today (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20424880/). While that was great, everyone wants a software unlock, as you don't have to tear apart your iPhone to unlock it. And here it is - or at least will be, once it's released by iPhoneSIMfree.com (http://www.iphonesimfree.com/) next week.
