I really like the Star Trek Voyager opening theme song. I've had it in wav format and used it as my Start Windows sound for my WindowsME. Works great.
When i used it on my XP Pro installation however, there is an instant during playback when the volume increases for a split second and then returns to normal. I know it's trivial but spoils the mood. B)
Can anybody experiment with a large wav file on their machine and see if they have the same experience?
Or better yet, is there a fix to this?
