Hello,

In the past I saw a post about that but I can't find it :o

I have over 2 gigs in the reycler folder and I can't delete these files ?

I always receive this message:

"Cannot delete file 00000" The specific folder is not found ?

What can I do ?

Thanks

I believe that "del \dir" would do it. However I am not 100% certain. Try "del /?"

You might be able to open the recycle bin, and select some of the files, and delete files rather than 'Empty Recycle Bin'. It probably won't get rid of file 0000, but it might buy you some time to find out how to rid of all of them. I file 00000 is included in selection it probably won't delete any.

Hope this helps a bit.

Try this little proggy my friend ;)

Freeware. Languages: English, German.

Copies, moves or deletes files on next system boot for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
The utility is very useful when user needs to replace or delete files which are locked by other applications, loaded into memory or cannot be changed until next system boot.
The program can be integrated into shell (setup creates the "Copy/Move/Delete on boot" context menu item and GiPo@Utilities file/folder property page).

The problem is I have install the systemworks 2003 (bad rip) and I have uninstall it now but the "recycle bin" in Norton protect is not gone :o

I will reinstall a new version and see what will happen ;)

regedit and search for norton - maybe doing that and deleting all norton keys will give you some success ;)
