What is the IE SP1 for, and do I need it if I installed WinXP SP1?

IE SP1 IS included with WINXP SP1

IE version: 6.0.2800.1106 XPSP1

did u forget ppl w/o windows xp. IE6 SP1 is for those ppl and ppl don't like to update to Windows XP SP1.
