When it comes to keeping a processor running cool, some enthusiasts have no limit to how much they are willing to spend in order to achieve the ultimate cooling performance. But what about those people who don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hunk of metal simply designed to keep a processor at a safe operating temperature? Or those who don't really care about overclocking? There is always the stock cooler provided with retail CPUs, but if you purchased an OEM CPU (no cooler included), or otherwise need a cooler without breaking the bank, there are options...
