MS office 2002 Problem!

Hi guys, i got a problem with Ms Office 2002!

When i open a file ( a ms office file ) and ill do a automatic form or trying to draw a square, i always have this SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT and i don't see my draw!

Someone understand anything i've type here and know my probl and how to solve it !?
