EasyRecovery Professional would work. But it's $1400.00
But I've been able to ghost a drive I couldn't access and get all the data off the image.
And I've had this work and others have tried and didn't get it to work.
But it's worth a try!

hello user needs

Thanks for replying...

I have Ghost 9, and I can not see any files with it...

I cant afford easyrecovery, I used something a couple of years ago, on a

floppy disk, that would read almost anything, maybe rstudio or something...

I just cant remember, and cant seem to find my disks..

Getting old sucks

I may try Acronis true image, been wanting to get that anyway....

its affordable

Thanks again for the ideas...

Use Ghost 2003 or 8.2. You should be able to ghost it in dos.

Aconis is "IT". The best. But, you know, I had a major disc crash a few months ago and it wasn't my c:\ drive which I b/u with Acronis. It was my main data storage drive which I hadn't backed up in eons. I found a wonderful recovery software called DIY Data Recovery. THere was a free DOS version on Hiren's. I bought it and wow, that sucker recovered nearly everything on my data drive. Nothing else I tried would work, and I've got really a lot of recovery utilities.
