A BATCH of Microsoft security updates causes some of Vole's prized Office software to crash.


The Volehill has admitted that it has had a few complaints from angry punters complaining about system freezes when they attempt to save and open documents.

In some cases Internet Exploder loses its ability of looking at web pages, whether in an F pattern or not, which is sad really because that is what it is designed to do really.

Vole is not saying how many people have been on the blower, but claim that the scope of the problem was limited.

It might be something to do with a conflict with HP's Share-to-Web software which caused a file to stop responding when the patch was released, a spokesVole said.

Vole is saying that users to modify the security update "white list" by using the instructions here www.support.microsoft.com. In a couple of cases Microsoft has sent software to fix the problem. By mail of course. * SOME Microsoft links - here and here.

Exactly what happened to my computer

Same happening here, i also have had major problems installing HP camera software. HP released a patch to help overcome the problems but that didn't work either.

Anybody found a fix for this
