How To Change The "New Text Document"?

I have done some looking and came up empty. Here is what I want:
1: When you right click the desktop and choose "New"
2: I Choose New text and when it is created on the desktop it is named
"New Text Document.txt" which is as designed

Here is what I want
I want it to be changed to what ever I prechoose most of my text documents to be named. Example to read "Text" or "Read Me" or whatever I choose.

Maybe possible to leave the original as is and add a second or third but to display differently.

Thanks
