Wired or Wireless Network?
 

Hi there guys & girls.

I have to set up the following network:

25 pc's running XP Pro all in the same room.

I had previously setup a wired network similar to this but it was a lot of work making all the cables etc.

Would a wireless network be a viable alternative? Should it not be much easier to get going?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Yes it will be much easier.

I recommand a gateway with WPA, NAT, and a Stateful inspection firewall.

ATM I am using a very old Motorola SBG1000 that supports up to 253 connections at once. :)
