Mozilla Firefox RC2 Available
 

Mozilla released an update to their popular internet browsing software today, Firefox 1.5 RC2 is now available on their website for those who want to get and early taste of the browser. Currently Mozilla is holding steadfast in their supremecy of the browser world, even though competition is heating up as Opera has recently been released for free to users after spending a long life cycle as a paid internet browser. The current stable release however is 1.0.7, for those who wish to remain using an RTM Firefox build.

Firefox is currently in its final stages of releasing version 1.5, however the Mozilla team stresses that there are still plenty of bugs to work out before the final release of Firefox 1.5. Normally a software developer will put their product through trials, or release candidates, before they choose the proper build to release and to ensure that all of the bugs have been fixed.
