Hi,
Has anyone found a way to rip MP3 (128+) from CD's using the new Windows Media Player 9? The reg hack from WMP8 doesn't seem to fit. Thank you, E3 |
afaik the mp3 enc. pack by roddy still works atleast it did for me on the first wmp9 leak

go to hxtp://www.bink.nu and you will be able to find a link (may be hxtp://www.windowsxp.nu - not sure) where you can download a free mp3 encoding codec for windows media player :)

hey McorD
is that for the new version 9 beta player? I know they had one for the version 8 player |
yeah, it works for both MPXP and WMP9 :)
i installed it to WMP9 beta and it works fine i found the direct link in my FlashGet database: http://www.speakeasy.org/~intense1/bink/MP3Pack.zip Last edited by McoreD at Sep 20 2002, 10:40 PM |
I am sorry to say that even the free MP3 Pack is successfully installed, in Windows Media Player 9, you get an error message: "The Parameter is incorrect" when you are trying to encode in MP3 :( Steven Bink should share with us a new one :)
