I downloaded SP1 1097 and extracted the files. What do I need to do now to install the service pack? I've tried every EXE, but nothing works.

@Austina , every SP i've installed I just run the EXE , no extraction required. Still downloading 1097. good luck.

OK, thanks guys. I was extracting the files with WinZip, so I guess that was my problem. Everything is working now. Thanks. :D
