hi guys please help,i can load my games etc with d3d but cannot load with xp any ideas ,am not getting the infinite loop problemo anymore just when i go to dxdiag and try direct play my system crashes,have tried service pack the latest ,dx9,latest drivers etc can anybody help please i like my flight sim on xp,willplay ok on intel bx440 p3 but upgraded to p4 wish i hadnt bothered thanx for any help ps video card =geforce 2 ti ...............yted

Is there a setting in the flight sim that lets you config and test the graphics?

I play USAF on my machine PII 350MHZ and it has a setting to automatically config the graphics for the game...or make manual changes.

thanx for reply mate,but u can check your direct draw and direct3d in DXDIAG before u load any game,when i test direct3d my machine crashes,am not sure but i think it is something to do with the dreaded infinite loop problem but i dont get any errors of the BSOD etc went back to win 2000 and there is no problem suppose i will have to shitcan xp for now until somebody comes upwith a fix .thanx again...ted
