I am up to date with all microsoft updates. Not Service Pack 3 Though.
All of a sudden my network transfer has drasticly slowed down when i try to move a file to my server. But if i move a file from my server to my pc its 10x faster. So my uploads are slow but not downloads.

eg an 800k file takes 8 minutes to m ove tommy server, but to download off my server it will only take 5 seconds.

Can anyone help me please???

Like type of network, speed, protocols...
