AMD Files Anti-trust Lawsuit Against Intel
 

AMD files anti-trust lawsuit against fellow computer giant intel, the suit which was filed monday alleges that Intel "coerces companies to keep them from using AMD-manufactured microprocessors".

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in Delaware, alleges that Intel bullied some 38 companies, which includes large scale computer makers, wholesale distributers, and retailers to form a monopoly centered around the x86 microprocessors. Looks like its going to be quite an interesting summer...
