Lets hope you haven't joined this website for the express purpose of using it as your political soapbox as you have two other forums you're a member at. While we created this forum for our members to speak their minds, we didn't create it as a main arena for new-joins that came here for no other reason. ;)

Regardless of the reason you guys think he posted this comment, it is his duty as an American citizen to involve himself with the search for truth in politics.

Not sure if I agree with everything that was said in the post but one thing is for certian. George Bush is an evil war-mongoring ignoramus. It truly sickens me that this administration uses the guise of religious fundamentalism to further their agendas in a way that ends up with the murder of thousands of innocents. Over 1000 civilians have died so far in our gulag-style prison camps. Thousands more on the battlefield. They are taking away our freedoms with the Patriot Act and calling those who protest "unpatriotic". Our country was built on the core ideas of religious and political freedom, it would be unpatriotic to stand still while those freedoms are taken away from us while our leaders slaughter hundreds more in the name of "freedom".

That's the same attitude that put us in this position in the first place, with the rich out-of-touch neo-con natzis governing our nation. America needs to wake up from it's apathy and materialistic blindness before we do such damage that the rest of the world comes crashing back down on us.

Agreed, we don't mind if people want to make a discussion but if they just sign up to make 1 post and never return to discuss the replies then whats the point?

well, if nothing else, he/she did acomplish something; making us think about the message posted..
maybe THAT was the whole reason behind the post...
