Phishing WARNING - Ebay Scam

Just received this email. I didn't post the complete email here but it's clearly a phishing scam since I checked the last four numbers they had listed as what Ebay had recorded and it's not. Plus the link they had listed in the email redirected you to a different site. I never clicked on it so I'm safe.

WARNING - DO NOT REPLY!

I have reported this to Ebay.

Place or Update Credit Card on File

Dear eBay Customer ,

During our regulary schedule account maintenance and verification we have detected a slight error in your billing information on file with eBay. If you do not update your billing informations, your account will be deleted for security reasons. Remember that this is your final warning! This might be due to either following reasons:

- A recent change in your personal information (i.e. change of address)
- Submiting invalid information during the initial sign up process.
- An inability to accurately verify your selected option of payment due an internal error within
our processors.

Well these people really want my info bad, they sent me another email today. This time I called Ebay on the phone using the number I found in the company profile for investors, corp HQ. I also forwarded the email to spoof@ebay.com and after cleaning all my temp files, cookies and any PW I might have had saved on my system I clicked on the link within the email and typed in all BS info. I used many words I wouldn't use on the board. :p

If you want to have fun with them go ahead and enter some BS info too.

Phishers burn in HELL

WARNING THIS IS NOT REALLY EBAY!

I did find info on www.antiphishing.org which talks about the same email I'm receiving, but they are now using a different address.
