Tsunami Relief
Here is a link via Google of various Tsunami Relief Agenccies http://www.google.com/tsunami_relief.html
I would hope that all the agencies listed on the Google website are Legitamate. I am familar with several. It seems that the scammers have already started, so it is safest bet to contribute directly to agencies as opposed to replying to e-mails. I am already seeing news of scammers. ![]() |

@war59312 - You really set the bar high. So close after Christmas I'm sure it's hard for most. Not sure yet what I'll give, need to check with the wife.

Well thats all my chirstmas money from relatives. I would rather spend it on a good cause. Then blow it on beer, etc. ;)
Besides its the only money I donated all year. Seeing as I am jobless right now. And have been entire fourth quarter of this year. :( So I felt pretty quilty and just sucked it up. Yeah I would loved to buy some new computers parts but you know thats more imporant in all scemes of things and I just hope someone will go out a limb for me one day cause sure I will need it. :p Though i still feel a little quilty since I get tax relieve because of it. |
Well I've been looking hard for a place I feel good about donating. After 911 I gave to the American Red Cross, but I nolonger have the trust I once had for them. To each his own, it's just how I feel.
I'm going to give to: http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/ I was happy to see how they openly show where the money goes with a link to their financial information if needed. Please understand due to high traffic you might need to refersh the links a few times to get them to show. Code:
