Mozilla Firefox Temp Internet Files
Where do I find the temp internet files or the cache as they call it in Mozilla Firefox. I want to look through all the files like I currently do using IE. I was shocked to see in Firefox's drop down Tools/Options/Cache it didn't have a selection to view them.
Another problem with Firefox. There is a .wav file that should play in the background of a website I visited and Firefox will not play it. It says other plugins are required. Seems others are having the same problem: http://groups.google.com/groups?q=firefox+.wav+sounds&hl=en&lr=&selm=0D428B 52-BF66-4008-835F-3E4420137CA6%40microsoft.com&rnum=1 I've now used Firefox for less than an hour and it seems I've found a bug that others are talking about, seen here: http://groups.google.com/groups?q=firefox+.wav+sounds&hl=en&lr=&selm=415da3 25_1%40news.iglou.com&rnum=4 |
C:\Documents and Settings\*User*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*User*\Cache

Thanks DopeWeasel, but unlike IE the files are not in a format that are usable. For example, sometimes you might watch a .mpg or .swf clip that does not allow a right click & save target as command so I've always went into my temp internet files and pulled it out. After all, everything is loaded to your HD so it's easy. It don't seem like I'd be able to do that with Firefox.
Still have to find a fix for that audio problem too. |
