BetaONE will rise again! - need info on a new tv tuner/video card

guys, i'm looking at the rumored black friday ads and there is going to be an ATI All in Wonder 9600XT 128MB for $125 after rebate.

right now i have a geforce 2 ti 64mb ddr and a cheap avermedia tv tuner that seems to have lost its sound.

should i spend the $125 and get that ati one or wait and see if i can just get a tv tuner by itself? will i notice a big difference between the 64mb and the 128mb?

i really hate to spend that much money right now, but also hate to pass it up.
