i think theyre just experiencing technical difficulties. they're up this morning, but parts of the site are down. server must be bogging down.

i get this

Neowin is down for a rebuild
Neowin is down for the next few minutes whilst we update our scripts to handle the loads better, check back in 5 minutes.
For now our Forums are still open
