Mozilla Firefox 1.0 Officially Released
 

It's been one long journey folks, but the wait is finally over. Mozilla has just posted the final builds of Firefox 1.0 to their FTP servers for everyone to grab.

Firefox 1.0 was compiled early on the morning of November 9th, and included a change in the CVS branding value of the browser. Ensure that you've downloaded the final build from one of the mirrors listed below, as many sites are falsely offering "nightly" Firefox builds as the real 1.0 release.

Be sure to stay with Neowin throughout the day!

Update: Mozilla's FTP servers are currently being mirrored. If release folders are empty, try refreshing your browser until you reach a mirror that contains the final builds.
