DO you have any yellow icons in Device Manager
Have you tried running SFC /SCANNOW from a command pormpt?

naw, i didn,t shouldi .............i was just sitting in front of my comp, and the comp just cut off for that odd reason, i dunno if i have it set in my bios to cut off at a certain temp...ill have to lok, but i didn't do anything to cause it to cut off
