Is there a premade converter to convert ipb to vbulletin? Or was it one that you guys made?

There's a pre-made converter. Saying that, it's not perfect, and I had to make quite a few modifications to it for it to import pms correctly, and let most users log in without changing their passwords. A lot of permissions still need to be reconfigured.
