well still the SP3 for Win2k is not officially released. but links are now it self available in the net like in TheBlackened, to download the W2KSP3. they reckon by mistake, Microsoft has put it in the website for cpla hours and then removed it. by that chance one guy (more info in bink.nu) has been able to download it fully.
