Hello All,

I am in search of a program that would create quotes and invoices - something professional, yet simple to use. I only need it to serve as being able to generate invoices and such - no need to keep track of finances, etc. I don't need the complexity and all the features that Quickbooks offers. Just need a program that will create quotes and invoices for services I tend to provide.

So does anyone know of any software, whether it be free or not, I encourage all software suggestions!

Microsoft Word. For simplicity's sake you can't get much less simple. I'm sure you could link an excel spreadsheet too. I mean come on. Quick books is like $100.00 for the love of god; and Office is $400.00 so you decide. I think if you need no more than quotes and invoices you can probably keep track of it yourself. There is alot to be said for human ingenuity.

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I have decided, after a few hours a night searching for the past few days, that I am going to give the program XS Invoicing a go. It has just about everything I will need to manage client information and it keeps track of all invoices. The best part about it is that they give you a life time license for free!
