I've got a 15" tft monitor, and when I was using it over the weekend a purple line appeared just right of the START button.
I rebooted and it also appeared over the bios, the strange thing is as it is going through the bios bootup it disappears for a fraction of a second, does the monitor switch off?

Anyway does anyone know how it can be fixed, I bought in January 2003.
