This happens to me in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP1

Go to File > New > Mail Message
Press To... > Select a Contact from your Address Book
Press Advanced > Properties
Press Save and Close
- General, Details, Activites, Certificatins tabs will dissappear
- The Contact Windows will not close
Press Save and Close again
- Save and Close button will be disabled
- All the menus will be disabled
- The Contact window will freeze

Can you guys please try recreating the bug? I am not sure if this happens only to my system.

nope.. does not happen to me.... Can I suggest that you test for Virus', Adaware reinstall/repair and then install Service Park 1 for Office 2K3
