Well, what do you need help with? You aren't helping us help you without providing us details. The best I can tell you at this point is to do a Google search for HTML Tutorials & perhaps MySQL Tutorials to help get you started.

By the way, you will need to know another language if you plan on using MySQL with your sites. May I recommend PHP? :)
