Is there a program that I can extract the files from sp1 with?

You can do it with Winzip if it is installed with right click menu additions activated.

Most of the major archive utilites will extract the files from XPSP. It's just a self extracting cab file. If you managed to download the faulty version of 1079 then pm me for the fix

Problem solved. I feel like an idot. Lol!
