OS slows down every few minutes


here is the skinny


i have a Pen 1 gig system with 512 ram and XP with sp 2 on it
this has just started to happen and is very anoying
I added a new keyboard and mouse from there [www.mi-products.com]
the webpro board and wireless optical mouse
and only after i hooeked them up the slow down problem happend and still is happening every few minutes

can anyone help or tell me what is going on


Also i cant uninstall my old drivers OR uninstall it from the devices profile for the keyboard and mouse and it keep's thinking the new stuff is logitech and microsoft but they are mico
I cant figure where the actually newest drivers
