If you are into DVD Ripping with 5.1 Audio, note that that the Audio Decoder will default back to stereo. You will have to re-apply the reg fix.

In this version they have vastly improved the loading speed of the program. The InterVideo Audio and Video decoders are still the same though. :(

Thanks ~*McoreD*~ , I grabbed thiis yesterday and am already liking it better than 5.x , I had thrown that out in favour of PowerDVD but may now use this one again.
