Overview.
The European Flags Screensaver celebrates the European Union expansion on May 1st 2004. The screensaver displays each member state's flag in succession or allows the user to choose to display just a single flag.

Important Notes:
1. This application is a free product and is not supported by Microsoft.
2. This screensaver is optimized for Microsoft Windows XP. The screensaver also runs on Windows 2000, Windows Millennium Edition and Windows 98 Second Edition.
3. To run, this screen saver requires DirectX 8.1 or higher on the user's PC. DirectX is available from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads
