no idea ........but given that you have a Corsair cooler and
Corsair memory- you might want to ask the RamGuy and the other members over at Corsair _http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/index.php? a pretty helpful bunch IMHO |

A 2600 should be a 333 fsb,I know mine is. If you have pc 2100 ram,it will only run @ 266 too. If you wanna have full advantage of your mobo, you need pc 3200 ram and an Athlon xp 3200...both of them reach 400 . I have the same mobo and run a 2600 @ 333fsb with 2 Apacher memory sticks,PC3200 @ 400. The memory slows down to match the processor,so the value of my ram decreases to 333. |
Is it a 2600+ barton or a 2600+ mobile? If it is a mobile cpu, then you can literally overclock the crap outta it since the mobile chips are really good overclockers. Also you need to get pc3200 memory if you need to get the best out of your abit nf7 mobo.
